Description
Bénéteau Océanis 351 — 1993 — 3 cabins / 1 head
Designed by Jean Berret and Olivier Racoupeau, this 1993 Bénéteau Océanis 351 is presented in a three-cabin, one-head layout. A third-owner boat, she has been with her current owner since 2009.
Well equipped for cruising and extended voyages, she features in-mast furling mainsail, furling genoa and an asymmetric spinnaker with sock. The sails are winter-stored and regularly serviced. A bimini and sprayhood provide protection in the cockpit.
Navigation equipment includes an NKE instrument system, a B&G autopilot with Lecomble & Schmitt ram, DSC VHF, Furuno radar and Navtex. She also has an electric windlass and a stern arch with solar panels and davits.
Significant work has been carried out, including replacement of the keel bolts and through-hulls, as well as osmosis treatment. Invoices are available for inspection by interested buyers.
Engine
Powered by a Volvo Penta MD2030 diesel engine with shaft drive and a three-bladed propeller. The engine has been serviced annually. The exhaust elbow has been replaced and the heat exchanger cleaned.
